Our 4.5oz beef patties are proudly made in house using a blend of chuck & brisket. The mixture balances the intense beefy flavour of brisket with the high fat content and structure of chuck, creating a juicy, tender and properly textured patty.

All burgers are served on a toasted sesame seeded brioche bun with shredded lettuce, pickles, sliced red onion & crispy onions.
